To request a stock transfer, shareholders are required to present the above three items at a service counter of the head or branch office of either The Chuo Mitsui Trust and Banking Co., Ltd. or Japan Securities Agents, Ltd. In cases where there are no offices in the proximity, requests may also be made through mail. For details, please inquire at the head or branch office of The Chuo Mitsui Trust and Banking Co., Ltd. or Japan Securities Agents, Ltd.
* Please note that proper stock transfer procedures must be taken even in the case of stock acquisition through inheritance.
