To notify a change in address, shareholders should present the above two items at a service counter of the head or branch office of either The Chuo Mitsui Trust and Banking Co., Ltd. or Japan Securities Agents, Ltd. In cases where there are no offices in the proximity, requests may also be made through mail. For details, please inquire at the head or branch office of The Chuo Mitsui Trust and Banking Co., Ltd. or Japan Securities Agents, Ltd.
* Please note that proper notification procedures must be taken even in a case where the address change results from the establishment of a new municipality, mergers between cities and towns, or changes in residence indication methods.
